Global Account Director - Mobile Voice & Data Applications & Related Sales JOB TITLE: Global Account Director. AREA: Europe & South America. BASED: Home based, with international travel. BASIC: £60K £65K. OTE: £130K. BENEFITS: £7K car allowance and travel expenses. THE ROLE ·If progression and earning potential are at the forefront of your mind then this is the position for you as it offers a Global Account Director the chance to sell mobile voice and data solutions and related products and services. ·This role will involve selling this company's whole portfolio, including managed services, mobile voice and data applications, XDAs and PDAs. ·The Global Account Director will be selling only to FTSE 100 companies and the person filling this position will head up a maximum of 10 accounts worldwide. ·This is a 100% account management position. ·The Global Account Director will have a player manager role, working the UK, mainland Europe and South America, and will be responsible for the recruitment of account managers and new business salespeople. ·This is a new role for the company. ·This position can lead into heading up territories, such as all of Europe for certain accounts. THE COMPANY ·This company is one of the biggest selling mobile network operators in the UK. ·Worldwide, they have 43million business customers. ·They made 903million in the first quarter of 2008. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·The successful applicant will be from an account management background. ·This company is looking for a salesperson that has had profit and loss responsibility for £10million or more accounts with customers on multi year contracts. ·All applicants must have had experience of international sales. ·The ideal candidate will be from an IT services, voice and mobile applications or a systems integration background.
