TELEMARKETING SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - business services and solutions co.

£18,500 - £21k basic, £30-40k OTE + pension + benefits + career progression.

As a successful, global organisation within their sector, our client is currently seeking to expand their successful internal telemarketing sales team to manage their positive increase in business and as such are seeking a sales led and career minded individual who enjoys developing business opportunities, researching new companies, qualifying quality appointments, closing sales and managing corporate client accounts.

Role and Progression:

As a key member of an established telemarketing sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling services within a consultancy and solution led sales environment. Identifying new market possibilities, contacting prospective clients and building strong sales relationships to secure quality appointments for the face to face sales consultancy team. There will also be the opportunity to close sales, increase on-going profitability, maximise accounts and account manage.

For ambitious and successful individuals, there will be great opportunities to progress into senior sales, team leadership, sales management or field sales.

Requirements:

This opportunity requires a proven track record within business to business telemarketing and internal appointment setting. It is a challenging, yet extremely rewarding sales opportunity that essentially requires the ability to take a concept sales approach, research new markets, proactively contact potential clients and make decision maker contact at director level in order to negotiate and qualify quality appointments for the field sales team. Additionally it requires the ability to close sales, establish secure client relationships, manage accounts and maximise on-going revenue at every opportunity.
