This role a is both a new business and account management, that will require managing an existing portfolio of clients as well prospecting and developing new opportunities, in a geographically assigned territory.The role will not only require you to be commercially focussed but will also require an advisory approach with clients, to ensure they are fully optimising the information they have purchased.
Our client is looking for a strong sales candidate with either a background in Property or Business Information. You will have a good track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales capacity and have experienced account management as well as new business. You will be an intelligent candidate with an ability to build relationships and provide after sale service. Is an NADAQ 100 registered International commercial property business information provider with very strong market share in this sector. £30,000 - £40,000 plus OTE £83,000 Uncapped plus further bens.
