Sales and Marketing Executive - City
20-22k Base, 25-27k OTE + Benefits
Our client is an integral part of a large integrated communications group. This arm acts as an independent and impartial postal broker that provides expert and detailed advice on matching direct mail campaigns/business mailing requirements to the most suitable supplier at optimum tariffs. This small but growing concern is now ready to embark upon their next growth phase with the appointment of a Sales and Marketing Executive.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive working in a small team you will have responsibility for a variety of tasks including but not limited to: sales, lead generation, account management, marketing, brainstorming and so much more. This exciting role needs to be approached with enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, flair and with vision.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree standard and posses a minimum of 1-2 years sales and marketing experience gained in a b2b environment. You will be consultative and professional in your approach, have high levels of motivation and first class communication and presentation skills. You will be proactive, collaborative, confident, innovative and above looking for an excellent opportunity to develop a lasting career.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 20-22k with an uncapped OTE of 25-27k in the first year plus additional benefits.
