Key Account Manager Salary £30k Basic + Uncapped Commission OTE £50k + Benefits including: 25 days paid holiday, Pension Scheme, season ticket loan, subsidised gym membership and generous commission scheme (including additional bonuses and commission for exceeding targets).

About the Role of Key Account Manager

Due to growth within the London sales team we are now looking to recruit for a Key Account Manager to develop new business and grow revenue from an existing client base most of the role will involve proactively developing new client relationships and then expanding these further through the cross selling and upselling of a range of digital media services. 

The main product you will be responsible for selling will be an online news service for clients to list on their own website this will be sold on an annual subscription service and will help their clients with their online marketing and SEO. 

There are fantastic opportunities for progression and we will also consider candidates who have aspirations to move into sales management as we see this role developing into a management role within 12 months.

Candidate Requirements for the role of Key Account Manager

• Minimum 3-4 years B2B consultative sales experience
• Good understanding of online marketing and search engine optimisation
• Experience of selling and presenting to PR, Media and Digital Agencies would be advantageous
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Target orientated and looks to exceed all expectations
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience of using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, would be advantageous
• An interest in Current Affairs, Media and online Technology is essential!
