Working as a Key Account Manager within a Business Information company based in London you will be responsible with securing upgrade business from corporate accounts. The KeyAccount Manager will be responsible for a set number of accounts and will be tasked with the renewal and growth of this book of business. This is a strategic position that will require a well planned approach to the account base, in order to maximise new business opportunities with the accounts and be responsible for networking within. To be successful with your application will have a track record in information or subscription based sales. Whilst this is an Key Account Management position, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate that he/she has been successful in target driven environments and is equally comfortable selling over the phone as well as face to face.This candidate will be an accomplished presenter and a strong relationship builder. The ability to carry out a consultative and comprehensive needs analysis is absolutely vital to this role. The client is looking for an account manager who can sell on value not on price.
