Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of storage, fulfilment and distribution services, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their London team. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a leading distribution service to companies which will limit damage, thefts and losses to their business.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include:

• Generating and delivering new sales across all group activities
• Utilising existing marketing materials and developing and implementing a plan to target businesses that may potentially require a service
• New sales development, i.e. lead sales, business to business sales
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with existing customers and clients
• Marketing and sales strategy development and implementation

Qualities we're looking for in the Business Development Manager:

• Previous significant experience with solution / software sales
• A previous track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• A good team player with a strong work ethic
