Job Description
To assist research based- research pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare institutions deliver essential clinical developments to an international physician audience. The business development director will be responsible for selling sponsored Multi-Channel , Multi Media communication tools to an international client base.
This is a new business opportunity that will require a strategic, relationship led approach. Deal sizes will be significant and therefore sales cycles can be as long as four to five month.
A polished sales professional with significant experience of new business growth. The successful candidate will have studied a life science to degree level and have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical sector.
This role will require a large degree of autonomy and significant European travel. Languages would be an advantage.
A small European subsidiary of a global medical research company with ambitious plans to become pivotal educational service to the medical communities.
£50,000 - £ 70,000 plus excellent commission and bens.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
