Our client, a leading UK media owner, is looking to recruit an Ad Operations Executive to join their digital sales team. As Ad Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing ad campaigns across a portfolio of special-interest, consumer websites.
Key Responsibilities of the Ad Operations Executive include:
Working closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns go live swiftly and monitoring where campaigns may be late
Managing campaigns / traffic to ensure both revenue and performance can be maximised
Producing post-campaign reports
Liaising with the sales team, advertisers and agencies on all campaign issues
Liaising with the digital team on all technical issues and updates
Chasing copy from advertisers that have booked inventory
Qualities we're looking for in the Ad Operations Executive / Trafficker:
Previous experience of digital ad campaign management in a similar role either at an agency or a media owner
A strong analytical background
Basic HTML skills are an advantage but not essential
Knowledge of OpenX, Filemaker Google analytics, web analytic systems
Excellent Excel / Word Skills
A professional telephone manner
Knowledge of Flash, HTML, Rich Media and JavaScript
Excellent organisation skills
