The candidate must have a proven track record in Account Management and consistently hitting targets through excellent client relationships and the ability to up-sell and cross-sell. They must have experience of selling software solutions in the Public Sector, be consultative by nature , bright, articulate, commercially astute and comfortable communicating business ideas and conceptual solutions. Experience in Recruitment or the field of HR would be advantageous.
