Corporate Sales Consultant (Field Sales / Business Development)

Field Based - To Cover North of England (from North Midlands), Scotland & Northern Ireland

Circa £30,000 plus Bonus, Company Car & Benefits (Healthcare, Dental, Pension)

The company currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to maximise the growth and retention of their corporate accounts.  This is a field based role covering the North of England (from the North Midlands), Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The post holder will work to achieve annual sales targets whilst looking to identify and maximise new opportunities in the market.  With this in mind, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to achieve this desired growth.  Employee benefits are receiving increased focus within companies which means that the market is ripe for development at this time.  The successful candidate will have a real opportunity to grow the company's existing portfolio through ensuring that our client is the first choice for employers and brokers. 

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a field based role and a proven track record in a commercial / FSA compliant sales environment.  As a highly motivated individual you will have a friendly yet professional manner, and a positive attitude to daily travel / attendance at periodic out of hour's corporate events. They are looking for a confident, forward thinking communicator who embraces challenges and works to build effective relationships with people at all levels.  A full UK driving licence is essential.
