We are looking for sales stars with previous experience to join this well known, reputable insurance company in their high performing Insurance Sales team.
In this role you will be selling directly to new and existing customers by matching the customers' needs to the right solutions. 80% of the calls are inbound and filtered through from lead generators or incoming queries so this is quite possibility the easiest type of telesales!
You will be an outstanding communicator and will understand the importance of building solid customer relationships. You'll know how to promote products, up sell, cross sell, and close the sale - and bring home the bog commission cheques! You will be someone who is self motivated, target driven and will have proven sales experience. £20,000 basic + OTE £38,000 and uncapped sales incentive plan Prospects for career progress Immediate Starts for the right candidate
Ideally you will have call centre or phone based sales experience in insurance sales, however if you have proven sales experience in a different environment and the right attitude to do well in this role, we want to hear from you too.
