POSITION

  • Sales Executive Dental Healthcare Sales Executive

 

SALARY

  • £30k Basic OTE £39k, Fully Expensed Company Car, Private Pension, Private Healthcare, 25 Days Holiday, Subsidised Gym Membership, Flexible Working, Mobile, Laptop.

 

LOCATION

  • Midlands

 

ROLE

  • My client is a market leading healthcare plan provider with an enviable record of growth and success and is now looking to recruit a Sales Executive to manage dental practices.
  • This is a new business role and your key responsibilities will be to grow and develop portfolio of accounts within the dental practice area providing the solution of dental healthcare plans and preventative care for their patients.
  • You will be fully supported by a project team who offer technical advice as well as manage enquiries on policies, procedures and treatment.
  • This is a challenging role that has come about due to a promotion. This is an excellent area to manage and occasional attendance at evening and weekend events will be required.
  • You will receive a full 6 week induction.

  • This company has been established for over 21 years and are a market leading provider of preventative dental healthcare.

  • They employ over 300 employees and reward all their employees well and offer excellent career opportunities.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • As a Sales Executive you will need to demonstrate a capability of developing account and someone that is a team player, self motivated and a good problem solver.
  • You will need to have excellent negotiation, influencing and selling skills. Experience within the dental or medical sector would be an advantage.
  • You will need to be an excellent presenter and someone that is able to motivate others and have a passion for selling.
  • Good commercial skills are needed in a face to face role.
