Senior Field Sales Executive - Plastic Packaging Solutions

THE ROLE:

A Senior Field Sales Executive position has arisen with a prestigious and world leading manufacturer of packaging solutions. This Field Sales role will involve selling plastic packaging solutions to a wide range of food manufacturers throughout the East Midlands, West Midlands, Midlands and UK sales area and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE CANDIDATE:

·Proven successful track record in a recent business to business sales position.
·Used to dealing with major accounts.
·Experience of plastics/injection moulding/packaging would be beneficial, yet not essential.
·Excellent rapport building skills.
·First class new business and account management skills.
·Tenacious.
·Excellent closer.
·Strong character.
·Superb communication skills.
·Must be extremely well presented.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £40,000- £50,000 basic

Commission: £10,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
