Are you a target driven, self motivated team player, looking to join a market-leader in the distribution of flexible cabling. Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their busy team based in Birmingham.

The role will involve developing and maintaining existing client relationships whilst identifying and targeting new business opportunities. You will be completing and following up quotations, updating relevant information on a daily basis, compiling reports and assisting customers in the resolution of both technical and commercial problems relating to the company products, ensuring escalation where appropriate.

You will also initiate and attend various social events/PR activities in order to cement relationships with customers, with the view of maximising business opportunities.

You should be persuasive and self motivated with previous experience in a similar internal sales role in a distribution company environment. Accustomed to working to targets with excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.

In return the company offers a salary of £18,000 - £19,000 with OTE of £29,000, bonus and pension scheme, 22 days holiday plus Xmas shutdown.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday either 9am – 6pm or 8am – 5pm
