Area Sales Manager Industrial Chillers, Cooling Towers & Related Sales

JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager.
AREA: South East.
BASED: Home based.
BASIC: £35K.
OTE: £45K - £50K.
BENEFITS: Car and mileage paid, healthcare, company pension, mobile, laptop, broadband and sat nav.

THE ROLE

·If you are looking for a step up in your career then this is the ideal opportunity for you to work as an Area Sales Manager selling large industrial chillers, cooling towers and heat exchangers.
·The Area Sales Manager will be selling in to a wide variety of markets including food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical aerospace and commercial industries and will be selling at a senior level within these organisations.
·This role is split into 80% new business and 20% account management.
·Average order values in this role range between £5K and £50k.
·The Area Sales Manager will spend 4 days meeting clients and one day doing admin from home.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·The successful applicant will be an established sales engineer with a progress track record of business to business success.
·This company is looking for a salesperson that is a great relationship builder with the ability to create and win new business.
·Candidates with a strong commercial and technical awareness are sought for this position.
·Candidates who have sold into similar market places would be advantageous for this role.
·The successful candidate will hold a mechanical engineering degree or similar.
