Area Sales Manager Wheel Alignment Systems Sales JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager. AREA: South East. BASED: Home based with access to Northamptonshire. BASIC: £26K. OTE: £40K. BENEFITS: Car and mileage paid, healthcare, mobile phone, laptop, 33 days holiday allowance and broadband set up. THE ROLE ·If you are looking for a step up in your career then this is the ideal opportunity for you to work as an Area Sales Manager selling wheel alignment systems to measure car specifications against factory setting. ·The successful candidate will be selling in to body shops, crash centres, car dealers and repair centres. ·This role will be a split of new business and account management. ·Average order values range from £20K with larger deals ranging from £50K to £70K. ·The Area Sales Manager must be able to provide a bespoke solution which differs from their competitors. ·Sales cycles last 3 months within a very established territory. ·The Area Sales Manager will look to generate £25K per month in revenue. ·On arrival the successful candidate will receive an intense product training scheme with the sales manager. ·The Area Sales Manager will have access to current clients and will also target new leads when more experienced. ·Clients include Bentley, BMW and Audi. THE COMPANY ·This company is a huge market leader with a £3.5million pound turnover. ·They are experiencing tremendous growth year on year and there is a tremendous opportunity for career progression to regional level. ·Established in 1990, this company is a close friendly team of 30 with 6 of these in sales. ·Their head office is in North Hampshire. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·Candidates should be an established sales executive with a proven track record of business to business success. ·It is essential that all applicants are great relationship builders with the ability to create and win new business. ·Applicants must have a strong commercial awareness. ·Experience of selling into similar market places or any technical component products would be beneficial for this role. ·This company is looking for a salesperson with hunger drive and resilience. ·The successful candidate will have the ability to close a sale and consult. ·Any capital equipment sellers will be of interest to this company.
