Client Description
An industrial company based in the North East is looking to recruit a Branch Manager.

Job Description
Within this role you will be responsible for managing up to 45 people. You will control all annual sales targets and turnover, monitoring performance versus budget. An element of account management will also be included as you will be required to visit all substantial contracts. This role is also responsible for recruitment of new staff and appraisal of existing staff.

Candidate Description
The ideal candidate for this role must have exisiting branch management experience with proven people management skills. You will be required to have a sales/commercial background.
