International Business Consultancy Sales

£40,000 - £50,000 Basic, £85,000 OTE + Benefits

European role based in London

Our client is a foremost provider of best practice management research and select edification for senior executives at the world's major and most innovative corporations. Our client has access to 10,000 senior leaders in over 2,800 organisations across the world, with 75% of the FTSE 100 and 80% of the Fortune 500 companies. By working in and not limited to, the strategy, finance, sales & marketing, HR, operations and information technology sectors, we have been able to build one of the worlds leading advice businesses. With continued growth year on year our client is looking to expand on their 2000 employees and develop on the 25% predictive growth.

PMA Sales have positions for Five Sales Associates who believe they can succeed in a business to business consultancy sales role, selling into the most senior contacts in sophisticated markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing the business and research model to executives of the most senior positions across Europe. You will need to adhere to a very consultative value sales approach converting prospects to active members. You will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual targets through face to face sales meetings.

Candidates must be professional, concise and passionate about sales with a proven track record of sales success. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication at executive sales level and be willing to travel across Europe for sales meetings with director and senior contacts.

Experience required for an ideal candidate is an absolute minimum of 3 years face to face sales experience with a professional consultative approach. You will need to come across as credible, smart and concise with enthusiasm, for both the client and the sales vacancies.

In return you will enjoy an industry leading remuneration package of £40,000 to £50,000 Basic, £85,000 OTE + Bens Package
