Internal Sales Engineer, based in the MTS Systems offices in Gloucestershire, responsible for business development of MTS sales in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for profitable business growth for MTS System's operation in the UK. Working closely with an assigned customer portfolio you will have the ability to offer solutions to maximise business opportunities.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working with an existing team of Field Account Managers, you will have a targeted proactive role in the sales team with a view to the development of new and existing customers.
With an existing range of solutions, products and expertise within MTS Systems, relationship development is key and therefore excellent selling and account management skills are desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand a technical product. With a relevant engineering qualification or background, you will have previous account relationship or business development experience. An understanding of test technology would be preferred, but more important are your sales, commercial and excellent communication skills. A sound track record in internal or external sales within a technical application, is desirable.
