Field Sales Manager- Office Eqpt
Due to expansion & the opening of a new Site in Glasgow, a major Office Eqpt Manufacturer currently seeks an experienced Field Sales Manager for the Scottish Central Belt region.
This Blue Chip Organisation offers a fantastic, cost effective portfolio of Products to its customers & now with the new office, even better levels of Customer Support & Service.
The role encompasses the Recruitment , Training, Targeting & Disciplining of a Field Sales Team. This is a hands on role with the Field Sales Manager expected to be out in the field with the team, as well as managing the Key Accounts.
The ideal candidate will be from a capital eqpt background. You will have a proven Track Record in Business Development, as well as experience of leading a team from the front.You will be organised, hard working & target driven.
Benefits include Basic £35K-£40K, OTE £75K, Fully Expensed Co Car, Expenses, Mobile, Laptop, Health & Pension Schemes.
