National Sales Manager - Laboratory Consumables
Our client is a market leader in the provision of laboratory consumables for the biotechnology sector. They are seeking an ambitious Sales Professional with a strong background in life science to join their UK sales team as National Sales Manager.
In this key role you will be responsible for managing and developing a small team (six people) of sales consultants that are involved with selling a range of consumable filters for a variety of lab applications, as well as associated equipment and accessories.
Key target sectors include Biotechnology, Bio-pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Universities, Teaching Hospitals and Environmental control.
You will be a commercially oriented life science graduate with exceptional business and management skills. Significant sales experience within the laboratory equipment and consumables market is essential for this role. You will also have a thorough understanding of the key target sectors detailed above.
You will be a team player with a modern management style and exceptional communication skills, as well as being confident, outgoing and competitive.
Full UK driving licence absolutely essential for this role.
