National Sales Account Manager - Multi-Site, £45,000 - £55,000 Energy & Utilities Services (M&E & FM experience required)
This is an opportunity for someone to go in to a National Sales Account Manager role with a leading provider of energy management services. The company have over 500 major clients spanning across numerous industries.
Role: To increase sales by retention and enhancement of existing portfolio and attainment of new business and development of a high quality National customer base for the company, consistent with the management plan.
Key Accountabilities: To work to the values of the Company Mission Statement and Customer Charter To maintain the security and confidential status of all information so designated; to conduct all activities in a professional manner at all times and ensure procedures are followed. Personal responsibility for actively developing new business opportunities in addition to the, development and retention of a selected list of existing clients
To achieve a sales budget made up of the following elements
- Retention of existing designated customers. - Enhancements on existing contracts. - New business from new contracts. To support the Head of Bid Management, Sales Director and Business Development Managers to develop winning bid strategies. The jobholder may be required to undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required of him/her in the post and department mentioned above, or in a comparable post in the Company. To support the preparation of Project Authorisation for sign off by Business Directors and associated parties in line with the company procedures.
Main working relations: The Jobholder will have to liaise internally with: - other Sales Account Managers, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Managers, Sales Director, General Managers, Head of Bid Management and Executive. Client contact.
Essential Competencies: The jobholder needs to have a background in a similar services type environment, or obtained a high level of education in relevant subjects, or be willing to undertake training both internal and external to the company. Customer Focused. Business Development Sales Skills A good understanding of the company, its products, and its organisation both geographical and structural A high level of written English and report writing and/ or bid writing skills An excellent communicator Must be prepared to have a flexible approach to working.

Salary + Package: £45,000 - £55,000 + Company car Annual Bonus
