18-25k Base, 35-45k OTE + bens

Our client is an exciting, innovative and growing company with a reputation for delivering goals and ambitions. This fun but professional organisation is rapidly approaching 100 UK based clubs with ambitious plans to double the amount in the near future. As a service driven company they deliver and promote a healthy lifestyle both direct to the end user and through corporate memberships. Due to continued growth and through internal movement they now require an additional sales manager for a Central London location.

As a Sales Manager you will hold overall responsibility for revenue generated through corporate and public membership sales. Through closely managing a team of membership sales advisors, you will achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets, work with colleagues to implement and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions and ultimately lead by example with a player / manager mentality. More specific tasks will include, recruitment, training and coaching, strategic planning and daily management. Contact Certus Sales to discuss this role in great detail.

Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years business to business sales experience along with a minimum of 12 months leadership / management exposure. This role requires an energetic grad calibre individual with solid communication and presentation skills. You will be process driven, target orientated and a natural leader with highly rated motivational skills. This role is possibly suited to those in the early stages of their career looking for that first or second move in to professional sales management.

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of 18-24k with an uncapped OTE of 35-45k in the first year plus additional and generous benefits.
