Trainee or Experienced
20-30k Base, 40-70k OTE + Excellent Bens

Due to continued growth they have exciting openings in Croydon for IT recruitment consultants with or without direct recruitment experience.

As a perm sector focused recruitment consultant you can expect to receive the very best in support designed to enhance your career. This role covers the full spectrum of IT perm recruitment from client generation through to candidate management. Based from our clients Croydon office you will identify, qualify and close permanent recruitment deals of varying value across various technology disciplines.

The ideal candidate will posse previous IT recruitment experience or a minimum of 18 months sales experience gained in a B2B environment. You will be new business focused and highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise at every level of the business community. You will also posses high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a solid career within a respected recruiter.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 20-30k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 40-70k in the first year plus additional benefits, ongoing training and career development.
