Graduate Trainee IT or HR Recruitment Consultant, £17k - 20K basic, Realistic
First Year OTE £40K + Excellent Company Benefits, Manchester City Centre
Your Profile
Do you have the X factor? As a graduate or of graduate calibre, you are
looking for a trainee/graduate scheme in the recruitment sales market place.
The recruitment sales industry is the second largest industry in the UK and as
a graduate you are looking for a role in the recruitment sales industry that
will allow you to develop a career with real promotion and earning potential.
You are a entrepreneurial, driven and target focused graduate and you will be able to
demonstrate examples of your competitive, persuasive and money motivated
nature. Ideally you will have worked in a business to business sales
environment during your studies or since leaving university and are looking
for a recruitment role that you can put your mark on!
The Role
Working for one of the leading IT and HR recruitment specialists in the UK,
you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and clients through cold
calling, networking and name gathering. Where possible you will be
interviewing candidates on a face to face basis and you will be expected to
attend client visits where you will be presenting the services of the
organisation to senior managers and directors of these companies. As such you
will be confident dealing at any level and demonstrate these strengths on a
daily basis.
