Graduate Field Sales Territory Manager - Scotland  

Benefits

£15K - £18K basic to start - expected earnings in first year £28K - £31K 

Annual car allowance of £3K is paid on top of your basic

The story so far...

This is a growing, profitable company with a fantastic reputation for service and it is looking to expand its field sales team.

An independent software publisher, the company focuses on designing and delivering educational content for use on interactive whiteboards and projectors in the classroom.

Successful people are self motivated, adaptable, enthusiastic, resilient, have strong communication skills and able to cope with change in this fast moving environment.

Selling pre-school, primary and secondary school products into schools and LEAs, the team is split into three sector focused groups. 

The field sales team sells into the secondary school market and Local Education Authorities (LEAs) within a given geographical territory.  These sectors offer the biggest opportunity and require people who are willing and able to build a strong base of knowledge about the industry, the marketplace and the product, as well as being flexible assertive and professional in their approach. 

This territory management role will, in the future, possibly involve some travel outside of the UK - in the past year, this company has moved into the international market, selling into Dubai and parts of South America and has tangible plans for growth into other parts of the world.
