Business Development Manager Training Solutions (Public Sector)
Northern Home Counties (Hertfordshire Office)
27-32k Base, 37-42k OTE + Car + Bens

Our Client is a university funded non profit organisation that delivers the very latest in leadership and management training solutions throughout the corporate and public sector communities. This award winning company has a passion for delivering programs to help organisations change, grow and prosper by unlocking personnel potential. Due to continued growth they now have a need to strengthen their sales team with the appointment of a Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Manager covering new and existing accounts, you will have access to our client's full suite of bespoke training products and services to offer to the business community throughout the Northern Home Counties. Dealing within both the public sector and corporate market you will develop relationships / business through a mix of business development and ongoing account management. This consultative role will be built around trust and the delivery of a quality service/training solution.

Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years previous business to business and solution based sales experience. It would be advantageous to have previously sold into the public sector. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a record of achievement. Your presentation skills will be first class and accompany your high levels of drive and the determination to make your mark in a leading training based organisation.

Successful candidates can expect a base salary circa 27-32k with an uncapped OTE of 37-42k plus generous benefits that will include an expensed car / car allowance.
