National Account Manager - Licensed Character Toys

THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen due to expansion within a leading licensed character toy supplier who has an excellent reputation. The success of the company is reflected by a product range that is constantly being updated and is at the cutting edge of the market focusing on innovation, brand development and category growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising profitable sales through leading national retail accounts, developing strategic business plans and making a significant contribution to sales growth within existing accounts coupled with proactive new business within targeted accounts.

THE CANDIDATE:
An effective communicator, your previous experience will ideally be from within a head office retail based selling background within the FMCG market, with a strong background and understanding of licensing with drive and commitment to succeed and progress within a forward thinking organization that offer ongoing training, development and excellent opportunities for long term career progression. THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (2x Positions at different levels, salary negotiable dependant upon level of experience)
Commission: Attractive bonus structure
