Field Sales Executive - Frozen Foods

THE ROLE:

This Field Sales Executive/Key Account Manager sales position will involve selling a range of frozen food products, to a wide range of independent, regional and national wholesalers, throughout the West Midlands, East Midlands and Midlands sales territory, and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE COMPANY:

A true market leading frozen food manufacturer, with a multi-million pound turnover who have had superb success to date. This industry leader is experiencing a period of growth and now has created additional position on their sales team in order to facilitate that.

THE CANDIDATE:

·Some experience within food, e.g. an ex-chef/restaurant manager/pub manager.
·Business to business sales experience.
·First class relationship builder.
·Smart.
·Memorable, people-person.
·Outgoing.
·Wanting a long-term career with a successful organization.
·Superb communication skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £26,000-£28,000 basic

Commission: £3,000 anticipated 1st year company bonus.
