Field Sales Executive - Agricultural/Horticultural and Garden Products
Location(s): West Midlands, East Midlands

THE ROLE:

This field sales position will involve selling a range of agricultural, horticultural and garden products to independent and regional cash & carries, wholesalers and farmers buying groups throughout the east midlands, west midlands, midlands, and UK sales territory, and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

A true market leading, growing, agricultural, horticultural and garden products manufacturer, with a multi-million pound turnover. This dynamic company is experiencing a period of continued growth and now has an additional position on their sales team to offer a successful candidate, with superb long-term career progression opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE:

·Proven successful track record in a recent business to business sales position.
·Mature outlook.
·Reliable individual.
·Some type of agriculture or horticultural or farming qualification or background.
·Enthusiastic and conscientious.
·Excellent rapport building skills.
·Tenacious.
·Superb communication skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: £5,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
