Sales Manager - Arts & Crafts - 30-40K base - Central UK/South East Ref: 14867 Location West Midlands/ East Midlands/ London/ South East/ South Midlands
THE ROLE:
We are currently helping our client to appoint an Area Sales Manager with a proven background in sales and people management within the arts, crafts and stationery sector. This role will involve selling a range of arts & craft making products into Key Accounts within the trade. This role will involve having sales accountability for your territory (Central UK) and taking on the field based people management responsibilities alongside the Sales Director.

Our client is an exciting and innovative business with a long term legacy in the arts & craft sector and currently have a turnover in excess of 10million. Their core products include artists' materials, pens & markers, paper craft products and stationery items. As an organisation they recruit individuals who want to stand out and make a significant contribution to the future success of the business.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
*Open on location, but commutable to Midlands *Proven track record in art and craft sales *Proven track record in meeting and over achieving sales targets *At least 3 years people management experience *Excellent rapport building skills *Strong team player *Enthusiastic, can-do attitude *Able to work autonomously
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: 30,000-40,000 + car +commission
