Sales Manager - Cards and Gifts - Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

SALES LED BUSINESS: This brand led business has a great reputation and a strong and loyal customer base. They sell a comprehensive range of greetings cards and gifts and take great pride in offering their customers a high quality, diverse range of products.

THE ROLE: You will be required to manage a team of regional account mangers and the majority of your time will be spent on development, motivation and performance management. Your team has an established account base across the South West and South Wales region and focuses their time within the independent retail sector.

THE PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
• Commission/Bonus: £20,000 - £30,000
• Company Car: Choice of Car
