Field Sales Executive - Professional Hair Care Products

£24,000 - £28,000 Basic, £40,000 OTE, Company Car, Phone and Pension Scheme

Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Essex

We are an industry leading house hold name with a successful range of professional hair care products selling directly into salons. As a part of planned growth, we currently have a requirement for a Field Sales Executive to cover the Northern Home Counties.

This is an opportunity for an individual who is highly motivated, target driven and is someone with industry experience who wants to work for an established, growing and ambitious company selling exclusively into the professional hairdressing industry.

You will be tasked with developing existing accounts, targeting/opening new accounts and naturally retaining all business. It is essential that you maintain a high level of customer service, build strong lasting relationships and use your own initiative to present/market/sell new products to the area. You will be expected to complete 10-15 effective sales visits per day within a specified geographical area in order to maintain your pipeline and ultimately hit your targets. You will be required to be well organised, effective and efficient with your time.

In return you will enjoy an industry leading remuneration package of up to a £28k basic salary, £40k uncapped OTE plus a fully expensed company car, phone and pension scheme.
