The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of a business plan for the territory to ensure growth in line with the business plans, developing the customer base and enhance relationships across the territory. Working to set annual targets the Territory Sales Manager will achieve sales growth through new sales channels, working in market share and identifying new sales opportunities. As well as reviewing and understanding markets trends and developments, the individual will develop key partnerships with Marketing, Product Managers and Telesales. The TAM will also work as an Ambassador for the brand attending and representing the business at Trade Events and Conferences. An experienced negotiator who comes with effective oral and written communication skills. The successful candidate will also have extremely high presentation skills and be experienced with project management. Strong analytical skills are also required and someone who has a proactive and solution focussed background. Three years field sales experience is required and experience within the leisure, clothing, accessories and equipment market is preferable.
