Sales Manager, FMCG Non Food Cosmetics / Fashion
£40,000 - £50,000 Basic, £80,000 OTE Year One (£100K Plus year two) + Executive package
Life changing opportunity with one of the hottest and fastest growing FMCG companies that are independently owned and have enjoyed an unbelievable 15% plus growth year on year for the last 12 years.
One of the UK's largest supplier of own brand cosmetics into the major multiples is seeking a consummate sales manager to oversee all sales activity in the UK. This is an entrepreneurial role where the potential to earn will be uncapped and the basic salary is deliberately lower than the norm as the company want an individual that will be driven to earn a significant six figure salary.
Already the leading cosmetics supplier to the major five grocers, the role is leading by example and managing both the new business and account management teams in the UK. The new business teams are focused on penetrating into independents and new routes to markets such as garden centres, online and mail order. The account management team looks after all of the major multiple grocers and high street health and beauty, cosmetic and pharmaceutical retailers
To succeed you must have significant experience of winning and managing major multiple accounts and be a 'hands on' leader that passionately drives staff to new levels of success. You will be highly credible and well regarded in the sector and be able to demonstrate loyalty and longevity of service throughout your career. You will be an innovator, always looking for product improvement and opportunities for business growth. As you are targeted on quarterly sales growth the role demands a dynamic business leader that is looking for a long term career role with one of the most impressive businesses that we've had the privilege to recruit for.
