Excellent National Account Managers (NAMs) required to work for and grow with Hain Celestial - a forward thinking & progressive FMCG company based in Luton
The National Account Managers within Hain Celestial will have full P&L, budgeting and forecasting responsibility for a number of top Grocery retailers. Working against stiff competition, you will be tasked with identifying and exploiting opportunities for the healthy and meat free ranges of Hain Celestial products (e.g. the Linda McCartney range) within the relevant accounts, and driving the size and profitability of the ranges. By working with healthy and meat free products, you will be working in one of the UK's fastest growing food sectors where NPD and visibility are key. You will be given the opportunity to work very closely with the NPD and Marketing teams within Hain Celestial, therefore offering you a real opportunity to positively affect the products, ranges and - therefore - the business. The right candidate will be given full autonomy to grow and develop their account portfolio, with the Commercial Director assisting where necessary. Due to the close knit nature of Hain Celestial, you will liaise very closely with your colleagues at the manufacturing site and the Head Office, so you will be based at the Luton Head Office when you are not visiting customers or the McCartney factory.
To be considered for one of these exciting National Account Manager roles, you must be able to display the following skill set:
8Current knowledge of and experience in the FMCG Food sector as a National Account Manager.
*Current experience and knowledge of the Chilled and/or Frozen sector (e.g. Ready Meals, Ice Cream, Pasta etc).
*Experience of selling FMCG (ideally food) products into the top 4 mults (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons).
*You must be a 'self-starter', with the entrepreneurial flair to spot opportunities and exploit them.
*The ability to work autonomously, creatively and strategically.

This growth was driven initially through heavily targeted acquisition, but also through strong NPD and product re-launches.
