Inbound Sales Advisor - Full and Part time

Lyco Direct, based in Milton Keynes are an award-winning B2B catalogue and online seller specialising in Lighting. The company has a range of over 4000 products and offers its customers a next-day-delivery service covering the whole of the UK. Due its continued expansion Lyco are now seeking to recruit two experienced Inbound Sales Advisors to join their successful sales team. As a flexible company we would consider both full time and part time applications.

Your role will include:

• Answering inbound calls
• Processing orders received by email or fax
• Cross selling and up-selling
• Making outbound calls to increase sales
• General sales administration
• Identify additional sale opportunities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 1 years experience in a Sales Environment
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
• Must be dynamic and results driven
• Be able to communicate at all levels
• Must be able to work on own and use initiative
• A good team player

Salary

• The basic salary is between £15 - £16k dependant on skills and would be pro-rated accordingly depending on hours worked. There is also an attractive UNCAPPED bonus scheme with an OTE £20K.
