The Account Manager position is one with real responsibility. Whilst you will be continuing to develop your skills in Retail Market Research, Account Management and Product Retailing knowledge you will also support the commercial team across a range of the company's manufacturer and retail clients.
Reporting into the Account Director, the commercial team work closely together to utilise all information and relevant data to ensure each client is offered best-in-class service. Although an office-based role, you will aim to be client-facing one day each week. You will have an analytical background, comfortable with consumer data and market research. Experience within the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential. Previous Market Research experience is also desirable. This could come from another service provider, or from within an analytical role in a relevant retailer or manufacturer. This is an office-based position, so candidates will need to be commutable to the Surrey HQ. The offices are 100 yards from the local railway station.
