Sales Consultant / New Business Sales Consultant

Field Sales Executive

  

Now required for a company who provide objective management systems and tools including Psychometric tests, which help organisations recruit, retain , develop and train their people.

New Business Sales Consultant / Field Sales Executive                             Ref ; WM 111

Package:      Basic circa £20k  ,     OTE £28 -32 k year 1 , £40k year 2 , £50k+ year 3 ,  The role does not come with a car , however mileage expenses are reimbursed + normal benefits

  

                                                                              

Area / location:  UK , Several Areas including Scotland, Glasgow or Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, West Midlands/ Birmingham, and  London based out of company offices in Covent Garden, and others

There are a number of roles in different parts of the UK, including Scotland, Glasgow or Edinburgh location is suitable.

Product:       Behavioural/aptitude assessments offering genuine HR solutions. Including Psychometric Tests .

Our client is seeking driven , self starters with  sales experience , capable of working on their own initiative , who can actively identify and develop new business opportunities . You must be goal orientated , assertive , self confident and independent.

They offer a working environment with freedom and independence. An opportunity to use your own initiative and real scope to increase your earnings in years two and three. As your area progresses then the split of the role will gradually move to more account management .

Region ; Scotland, Manchester, Leeds, West Midlands/Birmingham, London

Major Responsibilities

  • To sell Companies Products and services and to achieve sales budgets as determined by the company.
  • To maintain performance standards
  • To create and develop a growing portfolio of sales clients and to improve client retention rates
  • To attend networking events on a regular basis and to create lead generation.
  • To contribute to and follow company direction and objectives.

Essential Qualities ;      

Goal orientated , Self Confident , Assertive , Driven and Independent.

Field sales experience or alternatively Telesales / Internal sales experience.

Opportunities also exist for recent Graduates with a desire for a career in sales, or HR professionals who now would like to move into a Field sales role selling an HR management system.

Good communication and Inter personal skills.

New Business Sales Consultants , Basic of circa £20K ,  OTE of £32k  with excellent prospects to achieve greater rewards.
