Job Description

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - FOOD SERVICE

Location: Within reasonable travelling distance of St. Ives, Peterborough

The Company: Our client, are a leading European dairy and fruit transformation group. They have extensive experience in providing both Branded and Retailer Branded goods to a variety of different customers and have been established in the UK for over a decade.

The Job: You will be responsible for the development and growth of our client's foodservice accounts in line with the company's ambitious objectives and targets by managing current accounts and gaining new business. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a key role within the business. You will be liaising closely with multiple contacts across different functions of Andros - both in the UK and across Europe and there may be a requirement to visit both overseas and UK manufacturing sites.

The Person: We are looking for someone who is not afraid of going out and hunting new business, as well as being an established account manager. Having worked selling into the Food Service sector previously is essential and you will preferably have experience working with chilled products however this is not a must have. In addition to this, you will need to be confident, highly motivated with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.

The Package: The company offer a competitive base salary. The package also includes a company car, lap-top, mobile phone and 25 days holiday.
