Nutro a super premium pet food brand is looking for a Customer Care Manager for their Head Office in Northamptonshire.
Managing a dedicated team of customer care and finance professionals you will implement the growth of the business, developing customer facing skills and utilise your broad business experience. The Customer Care Manager will be dealing with pet specialist accounts as well as consumers.
The role will require you to work as a key member of the Nutro UK Management Team; you will define, develop & implement initiatives required to ensure the ongoing operational and financial success of the business. You will also build solid relationships with 3rd party logistic suppliers, co-ordinate and develop sales forecasts as well as managing the invoice accounts.
Managing the customer care team you will resolve any customer queries/complaints and promote the business to both new and existing customers.
The successful Customer Care Manager should possess the following attributes:
