National Account Manager Cosmetics

Health and Beauty Manufacturer: This medium sized UK business has a real commitment to sourcing products that help eliminate gaps and solve niche requirements within the UK health and beauty market. By servicing both retail and professional accounts they have quickly developed an excellent account base and an extremely strong reputation. With strong growth plans in place, they are looking to gain category share for their existing portfolio, whilst keeping a focus on developing and acquiring new exciting products and brands.

The Role: Your time would be spent managing and shaping trading relationships with the Sainsbury's and Superdrug accounts. With a great deal of autonomy for P&L, you will be tasked with analysing data, increasing profitability and devising promotional calendars. Whilst previous experience with the health and beauty isn't necessary, an understanding of head office negotiations is imperative.

The Package
Basic Salary - £40,000
Commission/Bonus 10-20%
