****** VACCINE SALES VACANCY – BARNET, ENFIELD & HARINGEY******

My client, one of the world’s largest & most prestigious blue chip pharmaceutical and healthcare companies currently has an exciting opportunity for a vaccine sales representative to manage the Barnet, Enfield & Haringey territory (SR 1384).

Promoting a range of travel vaccines within primary care only, you will work as part of a successful team calling on GPs and practise nurses selling the features & benefits of your products. The sales process for vaccines is very similar to that of medical devices/equipment, in that you will be required to negotiate prices with practices and PCTs, in what is an incredibly competitive marketplace. Key attributes the client is looking for include:

- Product Knowledge - large capacity to learn and regularly use a lot of very in depth product knowledge

- Relationship Building - able to manage these relationships with customers in order to establish loyalty and credibility

- Selling Skills – ability to set and work to clear pre call objectives in order to drive and maintain the direction of the sales call

- Commercial Acumen - plan for and focus on a commercial outcome in every call

- Personality! - a \'big\' personality is required to ensure you hold the customer’s interest.

Applicants could come from several different backgrounds – i.e. already working as a medical sales rep selling vaccines, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, equipment or devices, OR a sales person from another industry (i.e. FMCG) with previous account management experience. This is an interesting and technical role which will particularly appeal to candidates who love a challenge, relish the opportunity to convert awkward or particularly challenging customers, and love the buzz of successfully \'closing\' a sale.

In return, you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary (dependent on experience), plus tax free daily allowance, car allowance, laptop & mobile telephone, pension, private healthcare & bonus. As with all field based sales roles of this type, a full UK driving license is require and all candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
