35k Base, 60-70k OTE + Car Allow. + Bens

Over the past 60+ years, our client has established itself as a global recognized and highly regarded company that manufactures and sells medical instruments and devices. Through innovation, versatility and competence they have grown a solid portfolio of products that are used the world over. Due to continued expansion they are sow looking for an additional Regional Sales Manager to manager a South Eastern / London based team.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will reside within the South East and have easy access to London, where the majority of your team revenue is produced. Your main responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of a growing team of account managers who are in turn responsible for revenue generation and growth. You will lead by example, become a product specialist, drive personal development throughout the team and devise / deliver strategy for target achievement. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and posses a minimum of 3-4 years medical equipment sales experience along with sales management and/or team leadership experience.
You will be a natural leader, be free to travel, posses a hands-on management approach and consider yourself to be a dynamic professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 35k with an uncapped OTE of 60-70k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
