COMPANY: Our client is a prestigious global provider of consumer electronics. You will be based at their Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Headquarters in Uxbridge in the Consumer Sales Channel.
ROLE: There are two vacancies for Product Sales Professionals to manage a product portfolio (Digital Camera Products or IT Consumables) and act as liaison between our clients National Sales Organisations (NSOs) and European Product Management. The Product Sales Professionals will be responsible for ensuring their product group is available to the NSOs in order to achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Support the development of our clients product business plans and the achievement of their budget: gather and analyse information in order to set, monitor, review & control Business Plan & Budget for Product Sales and Channel sales by following and monitoring business KPIs to support. b) Sales budget creation together with European Product Management, European countries and sales management. c) Monitor sales for the entire channel and EMEA territory to find and define sales opportunities, identify issues and resolve them. d) Create profitable business together with European Product Management and countries. e) Review and analyse specific product or NSO issues / sales activities. f) Facilitate / coordinate product related issues with European Product Management, Channel and Marketing. g) Project support: planning, co-ordination and execution of relevant projects.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) You must have experience as a product manager OR liaising between product marketing and sales departments with sales analysis and budget management/tracking. b) You must have relevant product knowledge in either IT Consumables or consumer electronics. c) Strong analytical skills with the ability to create/interpret/manipulate complex Excel spreadsheets (intermediate/advanced level required). d) Highly organised, structured, flexible, pro-active and ability to meet deadlines. e) Excellent English language skills, other European languages desirable.
