Junior National Account Manager - FMCG - £30,000 - £40,000 + car + bonus + benefits
A leading blue chip FMCG company is looking for a Junior National Account Manager to grow and manage an already well established, leading account. Reporting into the Senior National Account Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for large portions of the account initially - moving into a fully P&L responsible Account Manager role in the short-term.
The perfect candidate be a National Account Executive or Junior National Account Manager from a blue chip FMCG company, or be a National Account Manager from a smaller company in a more responsible role. You will have had experience managing either Grocery, High Street, Convenience or Impulse accounts. Those with wholesale account experience will be considered but are at a disadvantage due to less transferability.
As well as relevant experience, the client seek smart, ambitious candidates that are looking for the next step in their career. Ideally degree educated or equivalent (though good A-Level grades will be accepted in absence of a degree (or equivalent), you will be very numerate and analytical, and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The remuneration on offer is £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience, plus car, bonus and benefits like healthcare, life assurance and pension.
