Job Description

Account Manager / Sales Analyst, B2C, £52k, Uxbridge

SALARY: £45-52k basic plus 15% on target bonus.
BENEFITS: Final Salary Pension, healthcare plus other excellent benefits.
LOCATION: Uxbridge, Middlesex

COMPANY:
Our client is a prestigious provider of consumer products in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

ROLE:
The successful candidate will assist and manage consumer business through mutually agreed strategies, market products, solutions and concepts. You will communicate and align customer needs with product solutions to achieve financial objectives for volume products and consumer business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Administrate the creation, revision and monitoring of budgets and forecasts by handling risks and opportunities.
b) Support the Sales Development Manager to achieve to achieve sales and marketing budgets in line with the business strategy.
c) Implement and monitor return on investment (ROI) measures on a regional, country, channel and customer level to enhance effectiveness in the business.
d) Research best practise and promote use of effective sales and marketing tools for use of Regional & National Sales Organisations. Evaluate how well the channels meet customer needs now and in the future.
e) Liaise with Consumer / Business Product Management to ensure sufficient and appropriate resources are available to achieve sales budgets and to enable a healthy life cycle of products.
f) Liaise with Business Operations to ensure appropriate reporting of sales, costs and profits results and ensure visibility of related information.
g) Liaise with Market Research to collate and gather marketing intelligence on relevant competitors and markets to ensure the right allocation of resources.
h) Assist in the development of value propositions for targeted business areas and products and segments and carry out customer profitability analysis.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) You MUST have strong B2C (Business to Consumer) experience in either a sales or product marketing role, preferably within the EMEA area.
b) Degree level education or equivalent qualifications.
c) Good analytical and reporting skills with experience in gathering and manipulating data.
d) Strong Microsoft Office, database management and presentation skills.
e) Solid internal/external stakeholder management experience.
f) Fluent English required, other languages desirable.

You may have experience in the following: Partner Sales Executive, Retail Sales Manager, Regional Business Executive, Consumer Sales Analyst, B2C, FMCG, Distribution Management etc.
