National Account Manager - food Service

Home based

Up to - £45,000 + 25% bonus + car allowance + benefits

Our client is an ambitious branded FMCG business with a strong and loyal heritage.  Their brands are instantly recognisable and they strive to exceed their customers and consumers expectations alike.  Due to team expansion, they now seek ambitious account managers to take responsibility for the Foodservice sector in their business.

The role is to develop business plans and sales strategies that will deliver both profit and growth. Your key performance indicators will include developing relationships cross functionally, driving sales and managing trade promotional spend, whilst developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.

Ideal candidates will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.

Our client is a business that can mix the classical candidate with candidates who can demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
