Michael Page are recruiting on behalf of a super premium pet food company, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive in the East Midlands.

Working for an International Super Premium Pet food Brand, the successful candidate will be the frontline contact point for trade customers, with the key responsibility to progress customer orders through to delivery. The role will also see you communicating directly with consumers and using their feedback to suggest improvements, therefore development of relationships is key to this role.

You will currently be working in a customer service role & will bring with you enthusiasm and fresh ideas. In a job where no day is the same, it's also important that you can cope with constant change, this role requires you to juggle priorities in the operational environment, so using your problem solving skills to ensure full customer focus is essential.

*You will be working in a customer service position and looking to move into an established company with long term career progression.
*We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative candidates who are interested in a career within the specialist pet care market.
*You will be based in Northamptonshire.
*This role would suit people with a passion for animals!
